Web Shop item not granted
I made a ticket almost 3 weeks ago about buying a Web Shop Lightning_O_Package and not receiving it.. I got a response that it would be looked at, but 17 days later still no items have been sent to my account. 5th slot, fast reload, some important items to play the game at high level. How is it possible that I paid money to get the item and you're not giving it to me? How come it needs to take more than 17 days to grant me like 5 items? Unacceptable.
