Good job, thanks for your hard work reporting hacking scum. We the community appreciate you. Unlike the game publisher.
Please also post the name of the hackers in your post so we the players can automatically kick them and report them too. If they ignore your ticket, they cannot ignore all of us.

The game is over, they ruined it, there are cheaters and scumbags everywhere. Enough is enough.
They (the admins) respond quickly to their friends. For example, a Hyperblade player contacted his admin friend, and 10 minutes later, I was banned. This game is corrupt, and honest players mean nothing to the publisher.

now 2 tickets just were closed without any response? Wow guys. I am a paying customer but since your support got so bad i think i need to stop to spend more then necessary. Thank you for nothing at all. Btw you can start to catch the hacker by yourself now. No more reports from me.
I wrote tickets and no one response ,such lack of communication and support is unfortunately leading to a decline in the player base. Dedicated players are losing interest because they feel unheard and unsupported. I sincerely hope the team will take these concerns seriously and work on improving communication and engagement with the community.
