L0sjjusticier0s Clan hacker support

I have a complaint. There's a Brazilian clan called L0sjjusticier0s that's hacking. They get banned, and then they create new accounts, making the game unplayable. They're also using a program called noping that helps them kill faster. Please investigate this clan, as they're abusing various cheats to win and mock other players
