How much is the game's cpu 1core loaded and any netcode issues?
When you have a high-performance processor and a top-end CPU configuration, one CPU core running the game will be 100% loaded, causing netcode issues.
But if you select Balanced mode and reduce power consumption by 1 percent, the game will distribute the load across both cores, and the netcode issues will be resolved.
The problem with the game was not in the game's netcode, but in the uneven loading of the processor cores.
Your CPU speed will drop, but I still get 139 FPS and good shot registration on the server. This issue is generally not seen on laptops.
This is a problem with overclocked and high-performance processors.
