Imperial Contract Quest bug

Hello.

To open 'E Coast of Latin America' , I took a Quest from Cardinal Tabera and already finished two times.

I leveled up both times when I reported, and I earned 10 patriot Awards each time.

However, the Latin America remains still a gray area, and I can't access there.

As I recall, the Imperial Contract is registered as the third quest, but even after accepting it,

the status remains as "not undertaking any quests currently." 

This is the bug, I think. Please fix this. I need to open up new areas.

    Hi, I’m having the exact same issue.

    I accepted the Imperial Contract quest to unlock E Coast of Latin America, completed it (also received Patriot Awards on turn-in), but the region is still greyed out and I still can’t access the ports there.

    Also, after accepting the Imperial Contract, my quest status still shows “Not undertaking any quests currently” (as if the quest isn’t registered).

    Could you please confirm this is a known bug and advise if there’s any workaround or if a fix is coming?
