Account block why?

Hello Mr. GM!

Good day Sir!

I just want to raise complaint regarding my account IGN: "d1ff" Why its blocked?

I just want to log-in my account I think 3 times showing its under migration. then suddenly it was Blocked.

I cant log=in anymore., Please help, I spent too much money for that account, thank you.
