Why Is Everyone So Toxic in This Community?
Hey everyone,
I have a question for you: Why is everyone in this community so toxic?
I’ll be honest with you. Back in the GamersFirst days, things were sometimes even better, in my opinion, even though there were hackers back then too. 😅
I play this game because I love it and because it brings back so many old memories and a lot of nostalgia. I know I’m definitely not the best player. Sometimes I even wonder how I managed to have a KD of over 2.7 back in the day. 😂 Well, those were different times!
But what really annoys me these days is that I sometimes get kicked for no reason, even just moments before a match ends. As a result, I get no EXP and have basically wasted my time. And why? Because some wannabe pro thinks I’m playing badly.
Honestly, nobody becomes a master overnight! Everyone has bad rounds, and not everyone can play perfectly all the time. But kicking someone right before the end of a match just because they aren’t playing well is completely unnecessary and disrespectful.
I really think something needs to be done about this. If you’re not insulting anyone, bothering anyone, and just want to enjoy the game, you shouldn’t get kicked for no reason. And the best part? Sometimes you even end up getting insulted yourself, even though you haven’t done anything wrong. How does that make any sense?
It’s already sad enough that the game feels almost dead. There are still people who play simply for fun and nostalgia because they have great memories of the old days. And then, on top of that, people like this ruin the little enjoyment we still get from the game.
By the way, special greetings to that guy Jellybell, or whatever else he goes by. 😉
Why can’t we just stick together as a small community, play together, and have fun without people constantly getting insulted or kicked for no reason?
We’re all playing the same game, after all. Not everyone has to be the best, and not every round has to be perfect. A little more respect and a little less toxicity would do this community a world of good.
