[BS-GLB NOTICE] Moderation Guidelines
Hello Soldiers,
These are the basic Blackshot Global moderation guidelines:
Hacking / Association With Hacking (hacking on multiple accounts)
Permanent ban on all accounts;
Playing with Hackers
15 days to Permanent (depends on the circumstance and previous similar bans and only applied when the abuse is not reported);
Bug Abuse
7 days to Permanent (depends on the circumstance and abusive history);
Offensive Language / Harassment
1 to 90 days (depends on the circumstance and previous similar bans);
File Modifying
7 days to Permanent (depends on the circumstance and abusive history);
Impersonating a GM/Vertigo
Permanent;
Scam / Account Theft
Permanent;
Promoting Hacktools Usage/Websites
Permanent;
Disclosing Personal Information (users or admins real names, pictures, etc.)
Permanent;
Spam
3 days to Permanent (depends on the circumstance and abusive history);
Account Sharing / Selling
30 days to Permanent (depends on the circumstance and abusive history);
Farming/Match Fixing
7 to 60 days plus lowered rank levels(depends on the circumstance and previous similar bans);
VPN / Proxy
Permanent;
Support Abuse (use the support service for insults, make false reports of other users, etc.)
Permanent;
Interfering a GA/GM duties (Event disruption, etc)
3 days to Permanent (depends on the circumstance and previous similar bans);

Users Reports
If you see an abusive behavior in-game, please contact one of our GMs in-game or Discord and if not possible, please collect evidence of the clear abusive behavior (print screens or video) and please send it to us via support ticket. Thanks in advance for your help!
Bans Complaints
If you have a complaint of an account block, please forward your complaint via support ticket.
Important Note
All/Any abusive actions are subject to penalty at Vertigo Games America sole discretion. The severity of the penalty and the action taken by Vertigo Games America as a result will also be at Vertigo Games America sole discretion. Note: Vertigo Games America reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. For extreme cases, banning of accounts may be given out without any warning.
