Hello, I have heard not all characters can equip the Blue Dragon jersey that was given as a reward. Would it be possible to get the list of characters that CAN equip it so I know if I can use it before redeeming it or will I need to wait to purchase a character in order to use it.

Yes I do agree this should be made available to everyone to read up on before purchasing a character just to use this. I didnt realize i had the 2024 New Year Jersey until i saw the item expiration message on login the other day.

Its faster to list all characters that CANT wear the Hoody.
