Why is HGM severance lying

Look, my support tickets are addressed to LGMkom, so why is hgmseverance getting in the middle and closing every ticket I have sent this past year? Every single ticket has been closed by this staff account without allowing the LGM it was addressed to the chance to reply. This staff account is not offering me the support they do others. When I show people breaking the rules and doxing me these tickets are closed without any response.

Removing two of Warrock's oldest accounts from Discord, in favor of cheaters. We have never been a problem for Warrock.

The game`s staff only have to read recent threads here to see some users are just outright cheat supporters. It is no secret. Expecting loyal players to remain polite and respectful towards them is just madness. Why are they even granted access in the first place? Who is to blame for creating a negative environment? "oh you've been banned for cheats, by are anti-cheat program, common in, you are welcome here"
If using multiple accounts, putting my hometown and birth date on the forum, and in the game is not deemed worthy of any punishment then I know for a fact I have not done anything close to this.
So why is HGMseverance accusing me of Doxing during the time I was unmuted?
Most of the employees of this company are children and do not know what they are going through. We can say that we have come to the end of a game.

Without game masters you would still complain, don't forget an LGM's word is the last word, creating 100 forums about bullshit is not going to prove your right nor help you in any way. How are these staff accounts protecting the game by allowing banned cheating players access to their social sites such as the forum and Discord? These users don't even try to hide, Verified players? I find it disrespectful. As long-term, loyal players of Warrock we are expected to remain respectful towards them after they have been removed for cheating. The whole online gaming community's biggest hate is cheats.
However, I was reporting players using fake accounts and causing a toxic environment within this game. I wonder if HGM-Severance will post here and state how many users have reported the same individuals. Verbally, with screenshots and videos over the last 11 months. Then we are not allowed to openly complain when the problems continue to happen daily with the same users.
I wonder if HGM-Severance will post here and tell me exactly what I said to be classed as doxing another user. I tried to ask in a support ticket that was instantly closed. I asked multiple times and even addressed my messages to the LGMS, closed by the same staff member. I know what I said and to who, my first ban was not for doxing anyone so it is a straight-up lie. All my posts since my unban remain, none have been removed, so it's clear I did not say anything on Discord worthy of being banned. Then to be jointly banned with Pajo shows this has been set up and we all know which group is behind it.
My own reports of Doxing go unanswered. With any ticket I've sent being closed without a response? HGMcheerful had been collecting reports for a number of years. Even told me the LGMS were involved ( was this a lie also?) then Papaya Play still allowed it to continue without any punishment being handed out, then when I presented clear evidence the rules did not apply. Now they have removed me from Discord and accused me of doxing showing they are not enforcing the rules to certain users.
It is hard to converse with an account with no history given the problems with so many fake accounts. You joined in January 2024 and only have 15 views of the forum over the last 11 months with the majority of that view count coming within the last 72 hours. I expect there to be no Discord or in-game account matching the username. Want to verify your in-game account? Post a screen-up and show a little credibility to your posts. Warrock is about to turn 18, yet no one here knows who you are. I have to wonder why you would want to remain anonymous. It's a bit odd right, this thread has received replies from two accounts with no post history, No matching discord account, or in-game accounts. Why does Warrock attract so many dummy accounts who all claim to be long-term players? Or is it a case of the same individuals always

they always have a reason, now I looked you up on the discord and forums, since 2017 the start of the discord server you have been discussing bullshit with dragonforce. You create an unpleasant environment for everyone, does it make sense that the game masters will ignore you? Besides that, the gms are still active in the background, you see it through the bans and every Wednesday. Maybe you don't see it.

The unpleasant environment is a direct result of bad management. Both in-game and out.
Are you going to remain anonymous on a dead forum of an 18-year-old game? Then wonder where the toxic environment comes from. I stand by what I say. With a username everyone knows, linked Discord, and an in-game account that has no bans in the game's lifetime. A username that has been carried through every host of Warrock, every forum, and Discord. You choose to speak, but only on a throwaway that has no accountability, meaning you can make remarks to me and then simply stop replying when it suits you.
After 11 months of inactivity, you choose to jump on my thread, rather than create your own? What is your Discord username, and in-game name? Why are you so reluctant to share this and why have you created a forum name unmatched to your in-game username? See the bad management in play or am I in the wrong for asking this question? You state I've been arguing since 2017 which implies you have a Warrock account at least 8 years old. But do you?
A little forum challenge for you... Can you link to the last thread Dragonforce created? When was the last time Dragonforce created any type of topic on this forum? Feel free to use the archive, I have a feeling you may need to. Yet, on every single thread I have created, Dragonforce responds, and it has been shown for him to be backed up by numerous fake accounts with no history, kinda like yourself. If the staff cannot see this taking place, they should not be in a position of power. Or maybe they do see it and choose not to take any action due to the individuals involved.

Did you all overlook the thread below where DragonForce openly claims it is okay to cheat, so long as a main account is not used? Does this sound positive to you? Everyone knows he is a cheat supporter. I see you've been banned from the discord for provoking gms. Of course you can always create a ticket and explain how much you regret your ban, then the GM team will look into it thoroughly and perhaps unban you.
Discord and in-game bans are different, if you get banned from the discord you will not be banned in-game and the other way around.
You can email all your complaints about Dragon Force and the game to Vertigo, and we will look into it thoroughly, if that is good enough for you.
You say that you follow the rules carefully, read rule 4, “if you are seen acting in a way or creating an environment that is not welcoming to new players, you will be denied access to our discord server”.

gms work in the background and on tickets, you can see ingame if they are online.
