I noticed that with a ping of around 100, shots register perfectly on the server. I achieved the perfect ping for the server with streaming and bitrate. I don't walk through walls, and shots register on the server. That's why you're afraid of changing servers to the game server. You're making up nonsense about the game's broken network code and other nonsense.

No. Your Bullets dont "register" better. All you do is to give yourselfe more time to empty your mag into your enemy before he gets the info by the server -> less time to countreact to your hits.
Before, with good ping you hit an enemy and it took only 2 bullets/hits (delay wise - ping) for them to get info on their end, makin the enemy able to react to the hits while you are shooting your 3rd and 4th bullet at him. Now, with your increased ping it takes 10 bullets till the first one of the 10 is registered by the enemy client, making him less likely to be able to react, since you hit him already 9 more times on your end -> 9 more unavoidable hits. Its common Sense.
So basicaly what you do is: Altering your ping to gain an advantage.
