What's wrong with this player? No one stands a chance against him. He plays like he has unlimited stamina, constantly jumping, rolling, and running. Deathcam makes him look like he's teleporting. There's no way to play against him. On my computer, despite all the optimization tips, I can't even see him kill me. Players leave the game when they play against him.

I don't know about that, but there are a few scammers who will never be punished.
Also, it's very likely that these scammers have friends who are also scammers...
