What's the deal with Special Purchase Bonds(they work whenever they want to)?
I don't know if this is a bug or they only work under certain conditions, but sometimes my bonds don't want to showup under the useable items. What's going on, and if this is a bug, how do you get around it?
Hm Do I need to be in a trading job, inorder to use these?

Some recipes don't need them so they wont show. As for job, spb's are only used for alchemy so you should be in a job for it if you are using.
Oh woops my bad, I thought these were the items, that when used, gives you 10 POs of your choice
Aha, you are thinking of the consumable "purchase order" collection and the "great merchant box". Those give po's. The po box gives 5 per and the great merchant box hives 30.
