I did it before the update happened. It says november 15th on the post.
The event was divided in 2 parts:
1st part was uploading a screenshot of a character with many custom parts
2nd part was naming the characters that have been uploaded
- Customized character submission period: from today until November 6th (included).
- Name idea submission period: from November 7th until November 15th (both included).
You did not upload a screenshot until the 6th of November and you did not gave the characters any specific name but typed a random sentence under the screenshot.
In addition you uploaded and posted when the deadline for the event was already over. On November 16th was already the new content update and patch.
