UNABLE TO USE WEAPON...GAME CRASH
Hi, as in the title i have this problme i am an old user but i used to play again at warrock during the past two years. Finally got my new pc: Windows 11 - CPU I7-12700k - 32gb ddr5 5200 - nvMe 500gb - MB Asus z690 Prime-A - Video card Intel UHD 770 ( GPU integrated in my CPU) for now... too much expensige to get a video card now. I was traying to get some new game play experience but I was totally disappointed. i have 2 accounts: Steam and Papaya, so i tried both version of warrock but i get always the same problem.
I start the game, i choose a room, also training is the same, i start playing and i can run, jump use knock, use cars and weapons on cars... but as soon as i choose a weapon in my items... neither shooting, my warrock chrash, closing everything with no error message.
any idea? why i cant play?

are you able to use OBS or somth to record it ? I realy want to see what happens

i am new a OBS but i did it and also edit with some online tool.
As you will see the problem is that when i choose any weapons the game freez then close down to the desktop. i recently discovered that i can use bomb. but no other weapon like guns or rifle etc...but i can use weapon on cars.
this is the link to the video obs did a mkv file and i used wetransfer to put the file online for a week.

Okey this looks indeed very wierd. Like the Game failes to load the weapon data or somth so it will crash. Did you try to reinstall the game or to use the steamversion?

yes reinstalled the game... both papaya and steam version and both do the same problem. the papaya team was investigating on my account here that i used just few times and they didnt found anything thing also because not having a good computes i stopped playing and when i started again i used the steam account, they asked me also to check some that i didnt understand well they are talking about some log error to see if i am banned but i am not for sure cause i dont cheat and cause since the last time when i played warrock the only things that i changed are my pc components.
now i go checking this log and also try to show my video to the support, thanks for the help i willet you know i will find out.

No news from support team i am not banned as they supposed, i can play every game all the time i wish, but i remeber that i have read something about the warrock anticheat...i am wondering if there is some problem with that

i didnt try this before... but i installed steam on another pc with my account and it works very well so it is some problems with my new computer....

Its an issue related to the 12th and 13th gen of Intel CPUs. WarRock isnt compatible with the integrated HD graphics.
So to fix that issue you need a external GPU like Nvidia or AMD and set it as primary.
Example below:

So sad.. years are over and the problem ist still not fixed. Warrock had a lot of dropouts in the last years, and it will be more and more.. so whats about to find a solution for this? A lot of people are waiting for a SOLUTION. Time to do something ..!

As of now, there is sadly NO FIX for those without an additional GPU. If you ONLY have the integrated graphics of the 12th/13th Intel generation and NO NVIDIA OR AMD GPU - Im sorry to tell you: you cant play the game.
You need to ask Intel to fix the driver. With UHD750 they fixed the driver.
Probably the I9-11900k is the last processor with a igpu video chip UHD750 that supports the warrock.
