Class Rework: Shipwright.
Let's face it: The job of a shipwright is mostly for casting and tooling around ships. Making parts, sails, that kind of sort. But as I look at my Shipwright's job and skill set... it feels lacking and as if some of the skill were simply thrown in there just to fill spots. So, I here purpose a promising, if not rather fitting skill set for the job of Shipwright.
Expertise:
Shipbuilding. (Clearly)
Favored:
Sail Handling (Natural for Shipbuilders, going from port to port and such, delivering)
Collection (A good skill to have when needing to collect ores and materials for parts in places)
Sewing (For making sails and ropes for ships)
Casting (For parts for ships)
Handicrafts (For making ships themselves and material refinement)
Steering (Aid in those sharp turns to port and else where)
Gunnery (Gotta keep those NPCs and pirates off your booty somehow)
Repair (Spam only when in need of repairs)
Overall, this suggested build would be perfect for a Shipwright who is looking to cast and make their own parts to build their own ships or those who hire them. Leadership, Tactics, and Evasion are rather useless and pointless for a profession that is meant for building. Hope this is considered and applied in the future.
