put White Flag/Anchor to Guild shop

Let this game have a logic.

People doing new content(Legacy) and suppose to get done Memorial Album.

Please, add white flag and anchor to guild shop. Let people PLAY their challenge. And don't pay for their CHALLEGE.

    ya, there's a few items that should be easier to get. Noble panel is another one that's needed for the new recipes now.
