Didnt recieve items
hello i bought from marble event santa character for medic and 2 military supply keys and didn't reiceve them also i cant recieve the golden keys in my achievements ap. WHY is all this happening?

I'm not too sure why the Marble event didn't not give out the rewards, but if they are not in your inventory after relogging please send a ticket our way in regards to the issue.
As for the Gold Keys, you can send a ticket with a screenshot of the Gold Keys reward from the achievement screen and we will inject them into your account, since the regular way of claiming the item is bugged.
