Please advise your friend to send us an email from the email address that is presently linked to his Papaya Play ID (which he forgot the login ID of). In his email, he should include the BlackShot Character IGN and a brief description of the issue.
The email should be sent to sea@blackshot.com
Our Accounts Team will then be able to assist in letting him know what his ID is.
