Sadly not. Windows 11 does a weird call to the Engine of WR. The wobble existed back in 2007 and was an actual part of the game. The wobble is also related to the spectate mode of WR.
When you start WR and the first thing you do is to join trainings mode or play AI (alone) the wobble wont be there. However as soon as you play a match with another player, the wobble starts necause "the ability to spectate gets loaded". Once its active it remains until you close the game.
I tested almost everything and couldnt find a solution sadly. Some win11 users dont have the wobble but thats a rare case and i couldnt find the cause for it.
