Did you get connection lost or somth ?
Looks like your lost the connection & you need to wait for the Server to kick your Acc out of the Server.
no sir i did not lost a internet connection, i don't know what is happening to my account,when i was log in my account that message will apear i don't know why. Sir please help my account back :( huhuhu

Right now i am having the same problem. Cant play the game. Answer me somebody please.
It might be that your Acc is stuck in the login server. If this happens the only fix you got is to wait for a maintainance. The Server Shutdown will kick your acc out of the login server which fixes your issue.
Its a known bug that rarly happens. All you can do is to wait like mentioned above <.<
Okey, waiting is the solution i see that but my premium, items and weapons' times are going to be lost too.
Anyway thanks for the answer.
Send a ticket about it. I mean its not your fault that you cant play & use your Items. With some luck youll get a compensation

this also happened to me 2 days ago but I thought it would work tomorrow but it didn't work I have a premium and quite a lot of weapons and what can I do no 😐️
Your Acc is stuck in the Login Server. It happens when you get connection lost while you are in the Server menue. The only thing you can do is to wait for the next maintenance ~ 20 January

This issue can occur due to a connection error. In short your account is stuck in the login server and will be automatically booted off the server when the servers go down as DragonForce already said.
Since we had a maintenance last night, can you please check if your account still has the error.

At first I didn't play for 10 days because I stuck in the login server today I wanted to play and then this show up like wtf
what is this im not on EAC ban list and still cant get in game ?

It's not even a hardware issue. Blank message box is either a payment ban or just a eac ban. The user is already logged in is just an account that is stuck from the login protocol to the game protocol.
This game is old and so is the netcode, no need to rent a better server, they can even go cheaper and you will not notice a difference.

You can use your Email instead of your username to login (homepage) you will then see your Username in the upper right corner. Try that.
