SEA Login Issue December 2021

Hello Soldiers,

Our IT team has updated us that the recent login issue faced by our Filipino players seems to be a PLDT issue. We are currently working with our Content Distribution Network (CDN) to resolve this issue.

In the meantime, if you are facing this issue, please leave a comment down below or send us a ticket to let us know what ISP you are on (we want to confirm that only PLDT has this issue). Filipino players who are more comfortable chatting in Tagalog can reach out to our SEA HGMs directly.

    yah, still I'm not able to play WR its like almost a week now, the issue seem goes on/off co'z last night I was able play a but tonight the problem back

    Good day sir please fix my Warrock game I cannot login my account, it always says you account is "That ID is currently being used.(92040). please fix Thankyou and Happy new year (by the way I'm using GLOBE modem Wi-Fi model(Black Mamba)

  • Your Account is stuck in the Login Server. This happens when you get connection lost while beeing in the Server selection screen.

    They cant help you. You need to wait for the next server maintainance (next tuesday) for a server restart in order to kick your account from the loginserver. Sry :/

  • Globe router open line using a sim card too, I can't play Warrock due EU SERVER problem. Want to play using asia server cuz im an Filipino. Hope you notice this kind of problem cuz its kinda annoying. Thank youuu!
